CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS

We like to serve customers best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it we can help you with that. The process is as follows: orders that need modified will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the full amount. Once the customer receives the refund they can replace the order on the website. Point Blank Range WILL NOT place the order for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged in transactions. At this point the transaction lead times have restarted.

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

Canceled and returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales of firearms, ammunition and optics are final.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are generally fulfilled from distributor warehouses or Point Blank Range inventory within 3-10 business days and may be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking information is provided when available.

Point Blank Range's flat-rate shipping policy applies only to eligible shipments within the lower 48 states. Point Blank Range does not ship orders to California. Additional shipping restrictions may apply based on the product, destination and applicable federal, state or local requirements.

Firearms purchased online may be picked up at Point Blank Range or shipped to an active Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) selected by the customer. When placing an online firearm order, do not enter the receiving FFL as your shipping address. Our team will coordinate the firearm shipment with the selected receiving FFL.

Orders with billing and shipping information that do not match may be held for additional verification. Point Blank Range reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be processed or shipped in accordance with applicable requirements.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

Firearms, magazines, receivers and other regulated or restricted products are sold and shipped in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Product availability and eligibility may vary based on the purchaser, product and destination. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and restrictions.

All sales of firearms, ammunition, optics and special-order items are final. Special-order items must be paid in full before Point Blank Range will place the order.

New firearms generally include the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Qualifying new firearms purchased from Point Blank Range also include our dealer-backed Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. The Point Blank Range Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable. Accessories and special-order items are not covered by the Point Blank Range Lifetime Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranty coverage, when available, is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms and conditions.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

Firearms purchased online cannot be shipped directly to an individual. Online firearm orders must either be picked up at Point Blank Range or shipped to an active Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) selected by the customer for the required transfer process.

If you choose another FFL, Point Blank Range may contact and verify the receiving dealer before shipping your firearm. Customers are encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before placing an order to confirm that the dealer will accept the transfer and to understand any fees or requirements imposed by that dealer.

When placing your order, do not enter the receiving FFL as your shipping address. Select the appropriate FFL through the ordering process and our team will coordinate shipment with the receiving dealer.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition. Age and identification requirements apply at the time of purchase.

Ammunition orders are shipped by ground service and require an adult signature upon delivery. Shipping availability and restrictions may vary based on the destination and applicable federal, state or local requirements.

All ammunition sales are final. Customers are responsible for confirming that the ammunition ordered is the correct caliber and type for their firearm before completing the purchase.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession and delivery of ammunition are lawful in their jurisdiction. Point Blank Range reserves the right to decline or cancel an ammunition order that cannot legally be completed or shipped.

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Point Blank Range.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Point Blank Range from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Point Blank Range, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Point Blank Range and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Point Blank Range.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

TRADEMARKS

Point Blank Range and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Point Blank Range. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Point Blank Range, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Point Blank Range or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Point Blank Range. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein.
