NRA certified instructors conduct courses for the beginner as well as the more advanced shooter, including courses for instructors to continue building their NRA instructor certifications. Most programs will include classroom time and time on the range.

Beginner Courses
One-on-One Private Training

One on One Private Training with one of our diverse and experienced Firearm Instructors will allow for a more personal and focused learning experience. There is no set class or curriculum so we can focus on your specific needs as the student, with anything from firearms safety, shooting fundamentals, and performance to proper care and maintenance.

Beginner Handgun Fundamentals

This is a Beginner Level Handgun Course designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the safe handling of and proper orientation for semi-automatics and revolvers. This course is a minimum of three hours and includes classroom and range time.
Beginner AR-15 Fundamentals

You will learn about the history of the AR-15, characteristics, nomenclature, disassembly, preventive maintenance, cleaning and inspection, sights and adjustments, and optics and accessories. You are encouraged to bring your personal cleaning kit and note taking material. There will be a live-fire practical application in this course.
Shotgun 101

Intermediate Courses
NC Concealed Carry Handgun Course

The Concealed Carry Handgun Class provides the required training by the state of North Carolina to legally carry a concealed weapon. The course is an 8-Hour instructor-led class with live fire range time.
Completing a Beginner Handgun Course or the One-on-One Private Training is strongly recommended before taking this course.
Concealed Carry 101: The Next Step

NRA Range Safety Officer Certification

The passage by the US Congress of the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (known as H.R. 218) which allows for qualified and trained active law enforcement officers and retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed handguns nationwide.
